Dispute Resolution

We specialise in financial and corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. Over the years, our team has been involved in many high-profile national and international in-court and out-of-court restructurings, settlements and insolvencies. We work for companies in distress, shareholders and investors, directors and (groups of) creditors. We also regularly act as court appointed bankruptcy trustee, administrator, restructuring expert and observer. Cross-border Asset Recovery

We have extensive experience in cross-border asset recovery matters arising from misappropriation of assets, unpaid debts (including enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards) and cross-border fraud and corruption. We are the only Dutch member of FraudNet, the International Chamber of Commerce's global network of civil asset recovery specialists.

Commercial Real Estate

We specialise in real estate transactions, property litigation and leasing law. With extensive experience, we handle the acquisition and disposal of individual assets, commercial and residential real estate portfolios and real estate companies through share transactions. Our property litigators deal with all kinds of real estate related disputes. This includes dilapidation claims, rent reviews and other landlord and tenant disputes, development issues and pre-contractual liability. We also advise on litigation risk avoidance in real estate transactions.
