David is an all-round specialist in corporate real estate. David assists Dutch and international clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, acquisitions of real estate companies (share transactions), project development and the real estate aspects of acquisitions and restructurings. He also regularly advises on commercial leasing law, asset management-related matters and corporate law-related real estate matters, such as joint ventures and investment structures.
