Dispute Resolution

Wij richten ons op zakelijke en commerciële geschillen en we pleiten voor cliënten in enquêteprocedures voor de Ondernemingskamer. Ons team treedt op bij conflicten tussen aandeelhouders en bestuur. Restructuring & Insolvency

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in financiële- en bedrijfsherstructureringen en insolventiezaken. In de loop der jaren is ons team betrokken geweest bij vele spraakmakende nationale en internationale in-court en out-of-court herstructureringen, schikkingen en faillissementen. Wij werken voor bedrijven in nood, aandeelhouders en investeerders, bestuurders en (groepen van) schuldeisers. Ook treden wij regelmatig op als door de rechtbank benoemde curator, bewindvoerder, herstructureringsdeskundige en waarnemer. Met negen advocaten op de lijst van gekwalificeerde curatoren van de Rechtbank Amsterdam, waaronder twee A-leden, beschikt Florent over het grootste team van curatoren in Amsterdam.

Cross-border Asset Recovery

Wij hebben uitgebreide ervaring in grensoverschrijdende asset recovery-zaken die voortvloeien uit verduistering van activa, onbetaalde schulden (waaronder de tenuitvoerlegging van vonnissen en arbitrale uitspraken) en grensoverschrijdende fraude en corruptie. Wij zijn het enige Nederlandse lid van FraudNet, het wereldwijde netwerk van specialisten op het gebied van civiel verhaal van vermogensbestanddelen van de International Chamber of Commerce.

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in vastgoedtransacties, vastgoedgeschillen en huurrecht. Met onze uitgebreide ervaring behandelen we de aankoop en verkoop van individuele activa, commerciële en residentiële vastgoedportefeuilles en vastgoedbedrijven via aandelentransacties. Onze procesadvocaten behandelen alle soorten geschillen met betrekking tot onroerend goed. Dit omvat onder meer vorderingen in verband met onderhoud, huurherzieningen en andere geschillen tussen verhuurder en huurder, ontwikkelingskwesties en precontractuele aansprakelijkheid. We geven ook advies over het vermijden van geschillenrisico's bij vastgoedtransacties.
