about Victor

Victor started his career in 2010 at Clifford Chance LLP in Amsterdam. He joined Florent in 2023. During his time at Clifford Chance LLP, he was seconded to Deutsche Bank and commodity trader Trafigura and he also gained experience in M&A. Victor is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice.

General banking, corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring and sports (finance) transactions. He acts for banks, (direct) lenders, private equity firms, borrowers and sports clubs across a wide variety of domestic and international and cross border financing transactions.
