about Hanneke

Hanneke started her career in 2002 and she is one of the founders of Florent. She is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam Court as an administrator and trustee in extensive suspensions of payments and bankruptcies and she conducts inquiry investigations for the Enterprise Chamber. Her clients include shareholders and investors, businesses, directors, supervisors, and (groups of) creditors.

She is a specialist in the field of companies in financial difficulties, advising and litigating on (international) insolvency law, financing, securities, and directors’ liability, with extensive experience in complex restructuring.

What else
Hanneke serves on the board of the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NVRII), is a member of INSOLAD, the Dutch Association for Restructuring, INSOL International, INSOL Europe, and is affiliated with the Rimari Foundation. One of the authors of the Dutch chapter of ‘Chambers Global Practice Guide on Insolvency 2023. Hanneke is ranked both in Chambers and Legal 500.
