about Adriaan
Adriaan started his career at Benthem Gratama Advocaten in Zwolle. After working at Warendorf Advocaten & Notarissen and CORP. Advocaten (both) in Amsterdam, he joined Florent in 2024. Adriaan is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice who represents corporate clients in both commercial and corporate disputes.
Expertise
In his capacity as legal problem solver Adriaan has experience in (impending) business disputes. This includes shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability, disputes concerning (share purchase) agreements (fulfillment or termination), procedures at the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, debt collection and seizure of assets or summary proceedings.
