Douwe begon zijn carrière in 2020 bij Florent. Hij is associate in de Commercial Real Estate praktijk.  

Expertise 

Douwe is gespecialiseerd in het adviseren van (buitenlandse en binnenlandse) cliënten over commerciële vastgoedtransacties, overnames van vastgoedbedrijven (aandelentransacties), projectontwikkeling en huurrecht. Daarnaast is hij betrokken bij een breed scala aan vastgoedgeschillen met betrekking tot zowel commercieel als residentieel vastgoed. Met zijn master Civiel Recht aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, met een focus op de commerciële rechtspraktijk en ondernemingsrecht, brengt hij een uitgebreide achtergrond in zijn praktijk.
