Yvette is één van de medeoprichters van Florent. Zij begon haar carrière in 1993 bij Höcker Rueb Doeleman. Ze geeft mede leiding aan de Dispute Resolution praktijk van Florent. Ze heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring als behandelaar, voornamelijk in spraakmakende en complexe (grensoverschrijdende) zaken. Yvette is tevens trusted boardroom advisor, treedt op voor de Ondernemingskamer en is gecertificeerd mediator.  

Expertise

Sterke staat van dienst op het gebied van precontentieuze procedures en geschillenbeslechting, waaronder de plichten en aansprakelijkheid van bestuurders, corporate governance, effectengeschillen en class-actions, vaak met een grensoverschrijdend element. Yvette heeft ruime ervaring in grote bedrijfsonderzoeken, ook op het snijvlak van het insolventierecht. Zij adviseert diverse (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen, NGO’s en besturen.

Yvette zit in de adviesraad van de IBA Litigation Committee en is lid van de commissie ondernemingsrecht van de NOvA/KNB, adviseur van de wetgever. Zij is lid van de Vereniging Corporate Litigation (VCL), de Vereniging voor Procesrecht (NVvP) en de Mediatorsfederatie (MfN). Yvette is opgenomen in Chambers en Legal 500.
